Return Instructions:
• Carefully package product being returned.
• Include a copy of the repair order and other pertinent documents within shipping box.
• Ship product freight prepaid to Unison. Products not returned in this manner having incoming transportation or clearance charges will be re-billed to the customer with a 15% handling fee.

• All units can be returned to our Norwich, NY Service Center for check and test to insure they are within specifications. Some units by design are not fully repairable. Our Service Administrators will provide details regarding each repair order in our quotation.
