• All units can be returned to our Norwich, NY Service Center for check and test to insure they are within specifications. Some units by design are not fully repairable. Our Service Administrators will provide details regarding each repair order in our quotation.
• Carefully package product being returned. Include a copy of the repair order and any other pertinent documents within the shipping box. Ship product freight prepaid to Unison. Products not returned in this manner, or those having incoming transportation or clearance charges, will be re-billed to the customer with a 15% handling fee.
• For warranty returns, all shipments are to be made via Unison's choice of carrier unless specifically approved in writing to qualify for potential freight reimbursement.
• Unison Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all incoming orders.
